Serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Taylor & Richman, Sarah made a pivotal shift from her role at the BMW Group in Germany to realising her vision of making the business world a better place. Concurrently, she embarked on her doctoral thesis in augmented reality at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia and, has held a key role as a board director for the innovative German-Australian Business Alliance. With her skillset in business and psychology, Sarah has emerged as an expert in guiding transformation processes.

Susanna commenced her career journey by studying management and technology at the Technical University of Munich in Germany, earning a master of science degree before joining the BMW Group.
Early in her career, she honed her skills in managing new technologies, recognising untapped potential for faster and smoother innovation integration.
Driven by her passion for coaching and maximising team potential, Susanna embarked on a coaching apprenticeship.
Susanna is currently balancing her new role as a mother of two while also serving as Sarah's right-hand person behind the scenes.
